You can update or change your bank account information on the administrator dashboard.
- Please log in at humaninterest.com as the plan administrator.
- Click on your name in the lower left corner of the page, then select Billing.
- You will find a section titled Bank information where you can update or change your company’s bank information.
- Then click on Update at the bottom of the page to save changes. The change or update will be reflected in our systems within 5 business days.
If you have more than one division in your plan (commonly referred to as a controlled group), email support@humaninterest.com to notify us of any banking changes.
Please note the bank account you have on file is not only linked to fund your plan’s 401(k) or 403(b) contributions, but also to pay for monthly or annual administrative fees.
